Can I use it to circulate viral genomes

Hi,

first of all, this is not an issue, instead it's a silly question about using it in a non-standard context.

Here is my question: I have a virome metagenome, and I've assembled it using spades, then made a consensus viral contigs using savage with spades scaffolds as reference. Now I'm thinking if it's possible to circulate the consensus viral contigs using spades scaffolds as the input long reads?
