Add AMOS install #151

This installs AMOS and sets a required link for minimus2 pipeline. I copied the AMOS install from this image.

Thanks very much for the AMOS install fix. I merged in some other changes I needed (see PR #155) rather than merging your PR, but you save me a lot for working finding the C++ fix -- and the pointer to building with Ubuntu 16!
