Found canu but couldn't get version on Linux system #158

Hi Sir, I have installed circlator with bioconda, but there was an error "circlator.external_progs.Error: Found canu but couldn't get version." I asked the author of canu on GitHub: https://github.com/marbl/canu/issues/1618#event-3020316019. Does this mean we cannot install circlator via conda？Or can you relax the detection of the canu version？ Thanks a lot！
