circlator and amos conflict with python distribution #159

Hi Theere, I am trying to use circlator minus2 pipeline to circularize a mitochondrial genome but when I am installing both circulator and Amos together, they conflict for python distribution. the circulator need 3.5 while the Amos need 2.7. So wondering how could I install both together and run the circlator minus2 pipeline.
