Travis-ci:added support for ppc64le #100

Hi, I have added support for ppc64le build on travis-ci in the branch on behalf of IBM. The travis-ci build log can be tracked on the link :https://travis-ci.com/github/sanjaymsh/snp-sites/builds/209183124 . I believe it is ready for the final review and merge. Please have a look on it.

Hello, I have mentioned in a different PR that we are not interested in extending our Travis runs. Please do not submit further PRs of this type as this is wasting our resources. Many thanks, Christoph
