Hi developers, Thanks for the nice tool! I'm trying to use the pretextView to manually curate my scaffolds. Somehow I can open the map, but only some signals are shown in the map. I attach the .hic in juicer box and the .pretext of the sample alignment file for you to see. Also, I follow the manual, but I can't edit the scaffold after the scaffold_edit in the menu was checked. I guess probably I have done something wrong? Could you point it out for me please? Thanks a lot!
