@muffato Can you update this repo's permission? It seems I don't have permission to tag it or push the tag to here.

If we tag the repo as v1.0.1, the Github workflow should run to build and push the image.

Yes, merge to main, it will also build.

The Dockerfile can be built locally and run fine.

The entire "tola" team already has "maintain" permissions in this repo, so I think @yumisims you should be able to create a tag and make a release at https://github.com/sanger-tol/agp-tpf-utils/releases as well. Or am I misunderstanding something ?
