Multiple BUSCO lineages? #43

Hi!

I was wondering if it's possible to specify more than one lineage and download path for BUSCO in the .yaml file.

Hi @malvaradol

The functionality supporting pre-downloaded path for BUSCO lineages will be maintained in future releases. Support for the multiple BUSCO runs is not planned.
