Main changes in this release:

• Supports multiple Hi-C samples #104
• Orders the Hi-C contact map according to the karyotype as defined on the assembly record, whilst allowing users to override it #88
• Busco outputs are now (tidied up and) published in the output directory (TOLIT-2019)
• A few resource optimisations
• Two requests from Karen:
  • round the chromosome lengths to 2 decimal points (TOLIT-1999)
  • use the same version of Busco as in the BlobToolKit pipeline (TOLIT-2019)
