Genome note template parameters that are expected to be filled in by this pipeline are written in upper case and surrounded in "{{ }}" for example "{{ GENOME_LENGTH }}" . Parameters that are not yet fetched by the pipeline are in red and in upper case and prefixed by a $.

Any parameter that is not found by the pipeline should be maintained in the output file in the same way that they appeared in the template file.
