Correct the official DOI of this repository #86

Description of the bug

The README and other files point at the concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.6563577 created manually for the first upload. We've now set up the Zenodo integration, which has created its own concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.7755665.

We need to fix this in the files.

I've contacted the Zenodo helpdesk to see if we can rather relink all DOIs

Nothing to change. Zenodo were kind enough to adjust the DOIs on their side
