The following needs to be added:
GNU SORT: -S${task.memory.mega - 100}M -T . So line should now be: ext.args = { "-k1,1 -k2,2n -S${task.memory.mega - 100}M -T ." } Note the the double quotes inside the first {}, without these in tandem it will not calculate the value.
