Description of the bug

In the last PR I added: withName: '( TABIX_BGZIPTABIX | UCSC_BEDTOBIGBED )' {

This causes a non-fatal error, in which the pipeline does not recognise the processes. The correct format is: withName: '(TABIX_BGZIPTABIX|UCSC_BEDTOBIGBED)' {
