Replace CAT_CAT with seqtk_concat #191

Description of feature

Need to write the module, seqtk_concat would be more efficient for our compressed concatting.

Need to learn the new nf-test framework for it.

Testing by @yumisims has shown that this would be a negligible efficiency increase so not needed. However the module is in progress here: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/4841
