Selfcomp matrix optimisation.

Thankfully this only really required chaining alot of operators together to get the Matrix of input files that we wanted.

Originally this used the tap operator, but it would frequently not tell the pipeline to complete These have been swapped out, however, I have left in the comments explaining it as they are useful.

Tested on a 3.02GB bird and the 32MB fungi, split into 4 and 1 chunks respectively and beyond CONCAT (should we switch to just CAT_CAT?) nothing is changed.
