User story As an SSR (Rich C) I would like the UKB WIP (work in progress) to be reported in Tableau by manually running a script

Acceptance criteria To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• [ ] The report will be in a new table in the MLWH
• [ ] The report table will be populated by manually running a script with appropriate permissions
• [ ] WIP columns are "Received", "QC", "Library Prep", "Data QC", "Failed"
• [ ] WIP items are the "Sanger ID" for the sample, e.g. UKB_MP#####
• [ ] A WIP Tableau report will connect to the report table in MLWH (liaise with Matt Francis, see comments here)
• [ ] WIP report is tested for correctness against UKB QC report, no passes in the QC report should appear in WIP

Additional context From Nat S Having met with UKB this week, it is becoming ever apparent and vital that relevant and accurate reporting of UKB WIP and failures is implemented imminently. This will ensure we identify failures/rework/resupplies swiftly and accurately and report back to UKB, requesting resupplies where necessary and in a timely fashion.

A prototype UKB WIP report has been developed, details here This needs adapting to use MySQL for the second part of the process.

Running this query will eventually be automated in #147
