Description
DPL-692 As TL (Tom) I would like to create a URS for the RVI flexible picking method so that we can agree an extendable MVP style initial solution.

The goals for the RVI consolidation work have been expanded and are now:
[ ] The robot will cherry pick any specified samples from deep well source plates onto destination shallow well plates
[ ] Deep well source plates will be RVI negative plates - and eventually include any positive Heron source plates with residual sample left in them.
[ ] Source samples may have already be sequenced on other studies/pipelines/cost codes (Heron) - history must be preserved.
[ ] Destination shallow well plates may go on to storage in -80C freezers.
[ ] Destination shallow well plates may be subjected to further rounds of automated or manual cherry picking to select samples for specific pipelines and studies.
[ ] Whole destination shallow well plates may go on to be submitted to specific pipelines and studies.
[ ] Controls - the picking logic should still leave randomised spaces for negative and positive controls????
Optional goals for expansion
[ ] Allow for the possibility of allowing users to select samples for picking from what's available (presumably in storage)
