Describe the Housekeeping Redeploy Gatekeeper to UAT/ Training/ Prod to update the sender / receiver name. Originally from story https://github.com/sanger/deployment/issues/427

Gatekeeper has been deployed but is still not using the correct emails.

The latest version of Gatekeeper (v1.14.0) failed to deploy with the error message below.

Reverting the deployment to version v1.13.0 (all flags true) successfully deployed.

This error is re-creatable locally when running bundle exec rake config:generate
