User story
As Scott and Emma we would like to be able to print the various label types we require for the Bioscan pipeline. We noticed various label formatting issues during UAT, and a solution for 384-well tag plates is required.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
[x] 384-well tag plate labels to be printed (these have the middle T01 to T24 index) - these plates are not valid in Limber currently and default to a 96-well plate label for printing, and in Sequencescape print a badly formatted 384-well plate dual label with field overlaps (purpose 'Tag Plate - 384') and an unneeded second label with the date and purpose on it
[x] 384-well plates in the pipeline to be printed from Limber (purposes 'LBSN-384 PCR 1' and 'LBSN-384 PCR 2') - current label is poorly formatted and dual
[x] tube labels in the pipeline to be printable in Limber (purposes 'LBSN-384 PCR 2 Pool' and 'LBSN-9216 Lib PCR Pool') - current label has unneeded fields and the barcode is too small to be scannable
[x] tube label for the tube to be exported to Traction to be printable in Limber and scannable in Traction (human readable barcode) (purpose 'LBSN-9216 Lib PCR Pool XP') - current tube labels contain machine barcode

In Limber, we need one for PCR1 plate. We need to use the secondary barcode created using Baracoda. Ask if it is possible to make the secondary barcode primary.
PCR2 plate is similar but we use the primary barcode.
