User story As a user of the scRNA Core Cell Extraction pipeline, if I have made multiple sets of child tubes from the LRC PBMC Bank plate, I would like to be able to download the driver file for any of the sets.

Additional Information In order to get to a correct child tube to download the driver file from, the user should pick up one of the tubes they are processing and scan the barcode using a handheld scanner (the ones they use are capable of scanning the small 2D barcodes on the FluidX tubes) - this will take them to the Limber page, from where they can download the relevant driver file.

This will also mean that the naming of the driver file changes, in that it will contain the barcode of the child tube rather than the parent plate. Abby confirmed on Slack this is OK:

We are happy to have the child seq and spare tubes associated with the banking driver file and for the isolation and banking files to contain the LRC Blood Bank or Seq/Spare tube IDs in the file name.

Just confirming that from our end we are happy for the LRC PBMC Bank driver file to move to the child tubes and the associated changes that come with this in order to be able to be more flexible with rack scan reuploads.
