Y24-043 Remove auto-generated docs

Describe the Housekeeping Get rid of the autogenerated docs (state changers, labware creators, and presenters) - the generation templates are under docs > templates and there is also a rake task rake docs:update. No one seems to use them and some people didn't know about them, and they clutter up your git working copy.
