Y24-082 Add new tag layout template IDT for Illumina UDI v2 #1684

We (Short Read) are starting to use a new tag plate for our PCR free line. The new tag set layout template ‘IDT for Illumina UDI v2’ has been created in Gatekeeper and we are able to create barcodes for these plates.

Please add tag layout template ‘IDT for Illumina UDI v2’ to the PCR Free pipeline

This has been completed and deployed. I wasn't able to test it fully before deployment, but in theory the issue should be solved.
