Changes proposed in this pull request

• For generating Hamilton LRC PBMC Defrost PBS to LRC PBMC Pools Driver file, use study-specific "required number of cells" option if configured; use the default otherwise.
• Add validation and user warning if there is no study-specific config when the plate is in pending state.
