User story As PSD, we would like to support Limber tube rack scan file uploads for existing tubes using the versioned tube rack model proposed in Reuse of TubeRacks document.

Acceptance criteria To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• [ ] Uploading 3-column tube rack scan files, creates the destination tube rack along with the existing tubes; not a plate (DPL-914)
• [ ] Tube Rack purpose is LRC PBMC Cryostor and tube purposes are LRC Bank Seq and LRC Bank Spare.

This story is part of re-implementation of DPL-914 Create tube rack containing banked PBMC tubes (Defrosting) using the versioned tube rack model.

Query on validation "Additional validation for active requests on tubes". - Do all tube on the defrosted rack need an active request? Or just some?

Similar to some other stories, I think that the only 'new' acceptance criteria here is "Support for creation of a TubeRack using existing Tubes"

I think the others are all implemented already (but need to make sure we retain the functionality).

Validation of active requests is a requirement of DPL-914. Tubes need a submission for cDNA Prep and it is done separately in Sequencescape. We will retain the existing functionality.
