Y24-096 - Added 2D barcodes to LRC Blood Aliquot labels

Changes proposed in this pull request

• To make the barcodes shorter, 2D barcodes are now used with plate labels when printing for LCR Blood Aliquot.
• Added a new label template for printing 2D barcodes on plate_96 labels.
