Abby Slack message 3rd Oct:

I am just raising that we may want to move the 'LRC PBMC Pools Input' entry point to be on the 'LRC GEM-X 5p GEMs' plate instead i.e. to have a 'LRC GEM-X 5p GEMs Input' plate. This is still under discussion and we hope to make a decision at the working group on the 17th October. The benefit of this change is that it would enable samples to enter at a safe stopping point in the pipeline, reducing the time pressure for the handover. If we do decide to go ahead, we should require this for pre-production (currently w/c 18th November) Please let me know if you foresee any issues with this and I'll keep you updated.
