Changes proposed in this pull request
This PR includes updates necessary to shift the entry point from the 'PBMC Pools' plate to the 'GEMS' plate. Specifically, it introduces the use of the 'LRC GEM-X 5p GEMs Input' plate instead of the previous 'LRC PBMC Pools Input' plate.
Updated the pipeline diagram updated.
