Just double checking that this is for both 96 and 384 well processes.
Lesley: It will be for both, but 384 is the focus.
96 well fork is a little trickier, as we need to still make sure tag groups are the same.

User story As Lesley I want to restrict tag-plate selection in the Heron Tailed workflow (Sanger_tailed_artic_v1_nnn) to ensure that the same primer panel is not picked for each fork.
Suggested approach:
Remove flag ensuring identical templates are used (As we now will have contrasting ones)Edit While this works for the 384 well pipeline, the approach is not suitable for the 96 well version. Lesley S has indicated that prioritisation of the 384 well version is good for the time being, so this has been completed using the approach above.
