7 months ago This is for recording what was done for UAT setup:
- The branch for renaming the RNA Stock Plate to Stock RNA Plate to match the name in Sequence was deployed to UAT.
- A simple step type to create a Stock RNA Plate and transfer it to Sequencescape was created, using the UI
- The step type was added to four activity types for RNA extraction, using the UI
