If someone (typically an enduser) is creating a work, and the cost code/description they want is not in the dropdown already, they should have the option to add that cost code/description to Stan.

("description" here seems to refer to project.)

E.g. they press an "add" button that lets them add the new value to the list, without leaving the current page.

Notify Stan admin users by email each time this happens.

@KatyTudor My reading of this is that it refers to cost code and project (which is labelled "cost code description" in the UI). Btw, is project a DNAP project?

@khelwood yes the "project" is the cost code description, it started off as project name, but we changed it sometime last year. on the SGP management page its Project (cost code description)
