@KatyTudor What precisely does "Visium barcode associated with any destination labware" mean? It sounds like it means the external barcode of the labware being released, which is usually in the Released labware barcode column. Or does it mean the external barcode linked to some labware (of some particular visium labware type?) prior to the one that is being released? Can you give us an example of the sequence of operation that would cause a value to be filled in for this column?
@khelwood in the visium process the external visium slide barcode is not the source barcode of the released labware, because the sample goes through numerous visium transfers. so on the release file the source barcode for the released labware is the previous 96 well plate barcode not the external visium slide barcode. But apparently Faculty use the external visium slide barcode when submitting to DNAP (only just found this out).
So the ancestral external visium slide barcode labware of the released labware if that barcode can be in a column on the release file that would be great
@KatyTudor Can you explain through example please? Either some specific history in the stan database, or like "Suppose Labware A (of labware type X) is transferred to labware B, which is of labware type Y, labware ? has an external barcode, labware ? is released, and the file should include the external barcode from labware ?"
@khelwood is production. STAN-1AA50 is released but had the visium barcode V53J09-0952024-07-09, earlier in its history. but that visium barcode doesn't appear on the release file
New column "Visium barcode" in the release file for the Visium release option
