RT#803285: Stan bug: Error trying to download release file #406

Trying to download this file was causing an error: stan.psd.sanger.ac.uk/release?id=4782,4783,4784,4785,4786,4787&groups=,Xenium&type=xlsx

Issues

  1. The URL has an empty group in the URL (not sure why—could be user error)
  2. Some rows have no hybridisation comments, which was causing an NPE (programmer error)

I've fixed both in core: the empty group is ignored, and the lack of comments is now correctly handled.
