Context

This user story is work required for RT 680406 Jennifer Liddle in NPG is writing a report generation tool for Diana. The plate and well data required is in the old warehouse database, but there is missing plate & well data for some samples here. PSD would like to deprecate the old warehouse.

• We would like SequenceScape to export this data to the MLWH database
• We need to work with Jennifer to ensure the solution works for her.
• Ideally for a given Sanger Sample ID Jennifer would be able to look up ALL the PF-384 Lib X2 plate barcodes and well positions

Candidate acceptance criteria

1. Given either

• Supplier sample name e.g.
• Sanger sample id e.g.

2. Provide in Multi LIMS warehouse

• Plate id (its DN barcode)
• Well
• Plate purpose. Specifically
