[Front-end] making blank pages #105

Adding places for individual event page, individual club page, individual user page, club creation form, club editing form.

All pages will have folder in ui for model and views, I know that this folder shouldn't be called ui but changing it now will cause too many issues. (has both views and models)

All pages will also have layouts.

I am attempting to leaves some useful code on all of the pages, as well as some comments.
