Find out if we can send traffic to destination using tun/tap with ip from given location

-We are planning to see if we can understand the openvpn (tun/tap) Develop a server which accepts http requests , {location, json request} : using tun/tap, it creates dynamic virtual interface assign public ip address based on location (database of location , ip address)

Prepare http requests from json_request and forward the requests to the destination
