List of changes -

changed default for startup delay
better exception handling in bridge.py
ignoring the first hsv_ratio seems to work better in my tests
better monitoring for notifications from settings screen
increased duration for light.set_color()
better sleep period based on if video is playing or not
bringing the busydialog back
Fix #22 - use NotifyAll action instead of Runscript
