If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce ‘Force Lights On’ setting does not force lights on when enabled.
- What is the current behavior?

If light was already off, light does not come on regardless of playback state.

What is the expected behavior?

Light should turn on to dim setting when playing, undim when paused, and return to previous (off) when stopped.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
Please tell me about your environment:
- Kodi Version: 17.6
- Addon Version: 1.0.7
- OS: LibreELEC 8.2.5
- Lifx Devices: 2x Mini Color Temperature Shift (non-RGB)

I am sorry I have stopped using Kodi for a long time now and I don't have enough time to actively maintain this addon anymore. But I will keep the issue open in case anyone wants to make a pull request.
