Mediacodec (Surface) DIsabling #9

Hi. With Mediacodec (Surface) disabled my video staggers on my sony android tv. Not seeing this as an open issue. This something that can be fixed where I can still have it enabled? Thanks

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that AFAIK.
