Dropdown labels for Pagination drop down in Jmesa 3.0.1 #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I want to have different labels for the pagination drop down list.  At present 
the pagination drop down list has 15/50/100.  I want the dropdown list to be 
15/50/ALL.  When the users selects "ALL", internally i should select the 
pagination value as 100.

Can you please let me if this is do-able.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using JMesa 3.0.1.
