Login Error Message #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect to the CS Internet but do not sign in to CS account (No signal should 
be received)
2.Try to log in with a valid user name and password
3. Or try to create a new account that has a unique username

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to show that connection isn't connected, but instead shows that 
user/password doesn't match, or when registering an account, it shows that the 
username/password has already been created. (even though it hasn't)  This is 
only when we try to log on when internet is connected but we can't get internet 
access.
