Line focus dot is sticky/not-cleared when mouse moves

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto http://timepedia.org/chronoscope/
2. Move mouse over demo plot
3. Observe that the focus dot on the line is drawn many times and never cleared 
even with zooming.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The old behavior: line focus dot moves with mouse cursor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
