Document the Session API #48

We need a page going over how to use it including:

the mapping interface for channel variable access sess['Call-Direction']
state stashing via Session.vars or Call.vars
the wrapper methods like sess.bridge(), sess.playback()
that we need help extending to cover all of mod_commands
port the extraction script to python?
