Missing source files in SVN #51

in the SVN repository 
MemoryViewPanel.cs is missing from the AVRProjectIDE project. 
and the source for both 
GetInterruptVectorsFromHTML and SimulatorTest1 projects are missing.

MemoryViewPanel is not actually used or being worked on, I've also stopped 
working on 
the DebuggerPanel, if DebuggerPanel is not referenced, then MemoryViewPanel 
should not 
be referenced
SimulatorTest1 is unrelated, now removed from the solution
GetInterruptVectorsFromHTML is a one time tool, which may need to be run again 
if Atmel 
comes out with a new chip and AVR-Libc updates their site
I'll upload GetInterruptVectorsFromHTML and MemoryViewPanel
