Error when trying to upload with avrispMkii

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select avispmkii in poject config
2. Pess progam button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The windows cmd window opens but i get the following message (in Swedish:)
"avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\com1": Det gÕr inte att hitta file

C:\Users\Magnus\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\AVR Project IDE>"

Det gÕr inte att hitta file= Can't find the file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.99.3934.39191
Version Date: oktober 9 2010
Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

* The AVispMkii works with AV STudio
* The AVispMkii works with Arduino after changing drivers

Which is the correct driver to use?

does the AVRISP MKII require you to specify a serial port? if not, then do not 
select any COM ports.

I did not specify a com port. Do I need  to specify an USB device address?

i just tried typing it into command line and got the same thing, what is the 
usual command you use?

try putting "usb" into port override
