usability suggestions #76

What do you want?

a) Easier way of changing programmer
b) Compile and upload button

Why do you want it?

Just some things i noticed that i would like to see implemented for a slightly 
improved user experience.

How do you suggest it's added?
a) Drop down menu from toolbar?
b) Button on toolbar or just an extra hotkey (F9)?

Will it cause any incompatibility problems with previous versions?
Cant see why.

The configuration window lets you change the programmer, there's no easier way 
to do it.

There is already a build button and a burn/upload/program button, both already 
have hotkeys
