What do you want?

A Linux version.

Why do you want it?

So the people can use this great free tool in a great free operating system.

How do you suggest it's added?

I have no idea.

Will it cause any incompatibility problems with previous versions?

I don't think so.

And because AVR Studio don't work in linux, so it's necessary a program like 
this in linux.

new added IDE avr in linux operation.
