feat: add `react-compiler` condition and improve lazy load perf

• Adds the react-compiler condition to exports that are used in the browser, and that benefit from being compiled.
• Implements the dynamic(() => import(), {ssr: false}) pattern recommended to us by the next.js team to allow turbo to skip traversing sanity deps for the SSR bundle, and only spend time on the browser bundle.

While at it I've updated the monorepo to use turbo v2, and started moving code into internal packages (like @repo/sanity-config) to better reuse code so it's easier to setup additional test apps in the future 🙌
