Fix: layout changing issue because of CSS. #7

Fixes #5

Removed CSS file & Reference caused the layout issue.

  1. Page works perfectly without Editor.css.

a) * font size & border-box & line-height is already defined in sanity. b) a div is always 100%. no need to mention it again.
