Feature Request: Multi language support for Title, description and alt #101

Hi, the plugin is great and solved alot of problems for me. It would be nice if the descriptions can also come with some multi language support.

It can be like the Internationalization array, if possible

It would be nice if the plugin supported multiple languages. We solved the problem by embedding the media in a document, but that makes the plugin a bit useless.
