Header flickers in IE #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply the script to the tables for which floating headers are required
2. When we scroll the floating header flickers a lot in IE.Works fine without 
flicker in google chrome.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The floating header should not flicker in IE similar to google chrome.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
